First Pair Policy: If your first pair doesn't fit, we’ll provide an exchange or refund - no questions asked!

For Multi-Pair Orders: If you’ve ordered multiple pairs, the opened pair qualifies for immidiate exchange. Unopened pairs can be exchanged or refunded only upon return and our inspection.

• Example: If you order three pairs and open one, you can exchange or refund the opened pair immidiatly but you must return the two unopened pairs for a refund or exchange, provided their seals remain intact.

Please note: If the seal is broken, the refund or exchange will be rejected. We hope you understand our safety measures. In addition, requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
